Precursor to Tungsten Oxide Photocatalyst for water splitting (H₂ production) and degrading organic pollutants. Gas sensor for detecting toxic/flammable gases.
Pigments & Coatings Used in high-performance yellow pigments for paints, ceramics, and plastics. Fire-resistant coatings for fabrics.
Industrial & Chemical

Catalyst in petroleum refining and chemical synthesis (e.g., for producing sulfuric acid). Precursor for producing tungsten metal and carbides.
